Payment Information
South African clients
EFT before first session, monthly invoicing thereafter. You may submit to medical aid for reimbursement if applicable. I can claim directly from your medical aid if needed.
UK Clients
Bank transfer (UK account details provided). Payment due 24 hours before session. Receipts provided for insurance claims with HCPC registration.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice required for cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full, except in case of emergency.
