A Safe Space to Grow
Therapy Process
Where Silence Finds Its Voice
Therapy offers a space to find words for experiences, emotions, or thoughts that may feel difficult to express. Often, what brings us to therapy is only part of a deeper story that unfolds with time, honesty, and care.
Beginning:
Get in touch via email, text, or phone. If I’m not immediately avai able, I’ll respond within one working day to arrange a suitable time or answer questions. The first session is a chance for us to meet and see whether we could work well together. I’ll ask a few guiding questions to understand what brings you here, and you’ll have space to share at your own pace. Sessions are 50 minutes, and I often suggest a few initial meetings to get a feel for the process before deciding to continue longer term.
Working together:
Therapy tends to be most meaningful when we meet regularly ideally once a week as the consistency helps the process deepen and unfold. Some people come for a few months around a specific issue; others continue longer as part of ongoing personal growth. We’ll decide together what feels right and review as we go.
